KOTA KINABALU (02/08/2023): The State Government is confident State autonomy over education and health matters, as discussed by the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) Technical Committee, will materialise under the Unity Government of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
